The American Association of Advanced Practice Leaders (AAAPL) is a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) throughout their leadership journey. From emerging leaders to experienced executives, we offer the tools, networking, and support needed to grow with purpose and lead with confidence.

Strong leadership in Advanced Practice is essential to improving care, driving innovation, and shaping a more sustainable healthcare system. Yet many APP leaders are navigating complex roles without the right support. AAAPL exists to change that—by equipping APP leaders with the resources, network, and confidence to lead boldly and make a lasting impact.
